KnowYourStaff is a security solution and trust platform created to mitigate the risks of employing a staff by enabling the discerning public co-operate to deter crime, enhance transparency and the level of accountability that keeps our homes and businesses safe.
KYS operates on the premise that some of the employees who come into our homes and businesses under the pretext of work but end up committing crimes, exploit the inability of the public to co-operate. We seek to address this threat by focusing on the vulnerabilities of the current system that allow domestic employees move about anonymously from one employer to the other, causing harm as they go.
With our web and mobile applications, you can capture your employee’s biometrics, run medical checks, and verify their background information. You also have unrestricted access to free-to-use features such as Job Appraisals and Awards & Badges to evaluate your staff’s job performances and motivate them.
