Know Your Staff is a web and mobile application aimed at creating a repository of employee information based on the unique features of biometrics, background information, work history and job performance ratings which can be accessed by any employer. KYS provides a level of accountability and transparency which ensures that those we trust with our homes and properties do not breach that trust.
Getting started with the mobile app
Download
the app now:
1. Download the KYS app
Get the KYS app from the Google Play Store on your Android device or the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Register & Log In
Enter your email and password to create a KYS account or log in if you already have one. Enter your personal details to complete the sign up process.
3. Creat a Staff Profile
Create a profile for your employee on the KYS app. Each registered staff is assigned a unique File Number.
4. Book KYS Services
We provide services that let you collect your staff's biometric data, conduct medical screening, and run background checks.
